Early Life and Nickname

Timothy Ugbedo Omaji was born in Kaduna, Nigeria, on September 9, 1987. When he was just 10 months old, his family moved to Australia. His dad was a professor, so they moved around Australia a lot.

Timomatic grew up in a musical family. His dad often played the guitar, and everyone loved to sing and dance. When he was nine, Timomatic started a band with his family. He played the drums. During their shows, he would pretend to be Michael Jackson, singing and dancing.

He spent some time in Darwin, where he taught breakdancing. Later, he moved to Canberra. When he was 15, his friends gave him the nickname "Timomatic" because of his amazing hip-hop dancing skills. He also worked as a dance director for a company called Kulture Break in Canberra. He even performed with them in places like the United States, China, and Singapore.

After finishing high school, Timomatic studied music for a year at JMC Academy. He wanted to improve his singing and music skills.
