Tom Six (born August 29, 1973) is a filmmaker, writer, and actor from the Netherlands. He is known for directing and writing several films. Tom Six was also one of the first directors for the Dutch TV show Big Brother. This show later became a very popular TV series around the world.
Early Life
Tom Six was born in Alkmaar, a city in North Holland, Netherlands. His birthday is August 29, 1973.
Career as a Filmmaker
Tom Six started a film company with his sister, Ilona. They named their company Six Entertainment. Through this company, he wrote and directed several films. Some of his early films include Gay in Amsterdam, Honeyz, and I Love Dries. The film I Love Dries was about a Dutch singer named Dries Roelvink.
Six later directed a film called The Human Centipede. This movie got a lot of attention. Its success allowed him to make more films. He eventually created a series of three films.
