Toni hosted a TV show called Totally Vegetarian. It was first filmed in 2002 in Portland, Maine. Later, the show was picked up by PBS, a public television network. A total of 52 episodes were made. In 2008, Toni Fiore also published a cookbook named Totally Vegetarian: Easy, Fast, Comforting Cooking for Every Kind of Vegetarian.
From 2012 to 2016, Toni Fiore was a co-host on another PBS cooking show called Vegan Mashup. She hosted it for three seasons with Miyoko Schinner and Terry Hope Romero. Other chefs like Bryant Terry and Colleen Patrick-Goudreau also appeared on the show.
