Too Cool was a super cool professional wrestling team. They were known for their awesome dancing and fun moves. The group started in 1998 in the World Wrestling Federation.

The main members of Too Cool were Grand Master Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, and Rikishi. They were very popular with wrestling fans. They often danced together in the ring, which everyone loved!

The Story of Too Cool

Starting in the WWE (1998–2001, 2003-2004, 2014)

How Too Cool Began (1998–1999)

The team first started as "Too Much" in 1998. It was made up of Brian Christopher and "Too Hot" Scott Taylor. They wrestled against other teams like The Hardy Boyz.

In 1999, things changed! Brian Christopher became Grand Master Sexay. Scott Taylor became Scotty 2 Hotty. Their team name changed to Too Cool. At first, they were not very nice characters. But soon, they became fan favorites. This happened when Rikishi joined their group.

Too Cool became famous for their hip-hop style. They would dance in the ring after matches. The crowd loved it! They also had special moves. Scotty 2 Hotty had "The Worm." Rikishi had the "Stink Face." These moves made them even more popular.

Big Moments and Championships (2000–2001)

One memorable moment was at the 2000 Royal Rumble. Rikishi, Grand Master Sexay, and Scotty 2 Hotty were all in the match. Rikishi eliminated his teammates, but they all laughed about it. There were no hard feelings!

Soon after, Scotty 2 Hotty won the Light Heavyweight Championship. This was a big win for him!

Too Cool became even more important in the WWE. They wrestled against top stars like Triple H and The Rock. They even teamed up with The Rock and Cactus Jack in a big match.

Their biggest success came in mid-2000. Scotty 2 Hotty and Grand Master Sexay won the Tag Team Championship. They beat Edge and Christian to win the titles! Rikishi also won the Intercontinental Championship.

Later in 2000, Rikishi left the group. He became a less friendly character. In 2001, Too Cool officially broke up. Scotty 2 Hotty had to take time off for neck surgery. Grand Master Sexay also left the WWE.

Reunions and More Titles (2003–2004)

Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty reunited in 2003. They were both popular characters again. On February 5, 2004, they won the WWE Tag Team Championship! They held the titles for over two months. They even defended them successfully at WrestleMania XX.

Rikishi later left the company. Scotty 2 Hotty stayed until 2007.

Coming Back Together (2014)

On January 6, 2014, the original Too Cool trio reunited! Grand Master Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, and Rikishi teamed up. They won a six-man tag match against 3MB. This was their first match together in over 13 years!

They also wrestled at NXT Arrival. They challenged The Ascension for the NXT Tag Team Championship. The Ascension won that match.

Wrestling Outside WWE (2003, 2007-2016)

After their time in WWE, the members of Too Cool sometimes reunited. They wrestled for other wrestling companies.

In 2009, Grand Master Sexay and Rikishi wrestled in Australia. They couldn't use the "Too Cool" name because of copyright rules. They still won many matches together!

Grand Master Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty also reunited in 2014. They continued to make appearances at wrestling shows and fan events. Their last match as a team was in 2016.
