Topper's Pizza Canada is a Canadian chain of pizzerias. It started in 1982 in Sudbury, Ontario. The founder was Ron Toppazzini, and it was first called Mr. Topper's Pizza. Today, there are more than 35 Topper's Pizza restaurants across Ontario.
Treating Employees Fairly
In 2013, a Topper's Pizza location in Georgetown had a situation about treating an employee fairly. A group that works to protect human rights looked into the matter. They decided that the employee was not treated fairly.
After this, the company said it was an unusual event. They also said they take treating all employees equally very seriously. Topper's Pizza made sure to take steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
