Toshihiko Okimune (沖宗 敏彦, Okimune Toshihiko, born September 7, 1959) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a defender. Okimune also represented the Japan national team during his career.

Playing for Clubs
Toshihiko Okimune was born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, on September 7, 1959. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Kawasaki Frontale in 1978. This club was part of Japan's top football league at the time.
However, in his first season, the team faced a challenge. They were moved down to the second division of the league. This meant they had to play against different teams in a lower tier.
Playing for Japan
Youth National Team
In August 1979, Toshihiko Okimune was chosen to play for Japan's Under-20 national team. This team is for young players under the age of 20. He participated in a big tournament called the 1979 World Youth Championship. During this important event, he played in three games for his country.
