The Hardy Boys' Tech Trouble
At the same time, Frank and Joe Hardy are also in Japan. They are working for a company called Amsa Incorporated. Their mission is to investigate a case for a high-tech business. This company's new products have been stolen. Even worse, these stolen items are now being sold in the United States, but with the Amsa company's name on them.
Frank and Joe need to figure out who stole the products and how they ended up being sold under a different name. They follow the clues to uncover the people responsible for this tricky theft.
Detectives Unite
As Nancy, Frank, and Joe work on their separate cases, they realize something important. Their mysteries are connected! The clues from Nancy's pearl case seem to link up with the Hardy Boys' stolen tech products.
Because their cases are related, these three teen detectives decide to join forces. By working together, they hope to solve both mysteries faster. They combine their skills and clues to uncover the full story behind the strange events happening in Japan.
Video Game Connection
The book Tour of Danger also inspired a popular video game. The 23rd game in the Nancy Drew series, called Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water's Edge, is based on this novel. It is a point-and-click adventure game, which means players solve puzzles by clicking on objects and exploring different scenes. This game also includes ideas from another Nancy Drew book, The Thirteenth Pearl.
