Toybox is a fun Australian TV show made for young children. It first appeared on the Seven Network on October 14, 2010. Later, it was shown many times on 7TWO, with re-runs airing until April 2020. This show was created by a company called Beyond. Ian Munro produced and directed the series. There are 290 episodes, each about 30 minutes long. It's designed to be entertaining for kids before they start school.
Meet the Characters
The show features a group of friendly characters who live in the Toybox! Here are the main characters and the actors who played them:
- Tina the Dancing Doll: Tina loves to dance and is played by Brittany Byrnes for the first three seasons. In the fourth season, Aleisha Rose took over the role.
- Tom the Cowboy: Tom is a cowboy character played by Riley Nottingham.
- Super Ned the Robot: Super Ned is a robot who helps out. He was played by Leighton Young in season 1, Nick Skubij in season 2, and Kyal Scott in seasons 3 and 4.
- Patches the Rag Doll: Patches is a soft rag doll played by Ranee Clayton.
- Remy: Remy is another character brought to life by Roslyn Oades.
- Rici: Rici is played by Sean Masterson.
