Tracey Ross is an American actress who has appeared in many TV shows. She is especially known for playing the character Eve Russell on the TV show Passions from 1999 to 2008.

Early Life and Education
Tracey Ross was born in Brooklyn, New York, on February 27, 1959. She grew up and went to Dwight Morrow High School in Englewood, New Jersey. After high school, she continued her education at Douglass College.
Acting Career Highlights
Tracey Ross began her career in the entertainment world at a young age. In 1974, she won the Miss Black Teen-Ager of New Jersey contest. This helped her start a career in modeling. She also won L'Oreal's Look of Radiance contest in 1978.
In 1984, Tracey Ross became the first winner in the Spokesmodel category on the TV show Star Search. This was a big step for her. The National Association of Theatre Owners even called her a "Star of the Future."
Early TV Roles
Tracey Ross joined the cast of the ABC daytime TV show Ryan's Hope. She played the character Diana Douglas from 1985 to 1987. After that, she had guest roles on popular prime-time shows. These included The Cosby Show, Roc, Baywatch Nights, and Providence.
Starring in Passions
From 1999 to 2008, Tracey Ross had a main role on the NBC daytime TV show Passions. She played Eve Russell, a very important character. Her performance was highly praised. She was nominated for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series for nine years in a row. She finally won this award on March 2, 2007.
Family Life
Tracey Ross has one child, a son named Bryce Christian Ross-Johnson. He was born in June 1988 and is now known as the rapper and singer Bryce Vine. In December 1988, Tracey Ross married musician Kashif.
