Tracy Freeman (born 5 January 1962), known by her stage name Tracy Spencer, is a singer and actress from the United Kingdom. She was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Tracy became famous for her music style called Italo disco, which was popular in Italy.
She was discovered by an Italian music producer named Claudio Cecchetto. Tracy is best known for her hit song "Run to Me." This song won the 1986 Festivalbar music competition and reached number one on the music charts in Italy.
