Turtle Lake (town), Wisconsin facts for kids
Turtle Lake is a town in Barron County, Wisconsin, United States. In 2020, about 640 people lived there. The Village of Turtle Lake is just north of the town. The small community of Twin Town is also partly in the town.
Geography
Turtle Lake is in the southwestern part of Barron County. Its western edge is next to Polk County. The town covers about 92.2 square kilometers (35.6 square miles). Most of this area is land, with a small part being water.
People Living in Turtle Lake
In 2000, about 622 people lived in Turtle Lake. There were 224 homes, and 168 of these were families.
