What is Turtle Rock?
Turtle Rock is one of the first "villages" that made up Irvine. It was founded in 1967. To remember this, there is a cool sculpture of a turtle in Turtle Rock Community Park. You can find it at the corner of Turtle Rock and Sunnyhill Drives. A two-lane road called Turtle Rock Drive goes around the whole village. It helps people get around between homes and the main streets of the city.
Where is Turtle Rock Located?
Turtle Rock is in the southern part of Irvine. It has clear boundaries. To the north, you'll find University Drive and Mason Regional Park.
