Tuto's Football Journey
Tuto started his professional football career in Brazil. He played for Glória from 1997 to 1998. After that, he moved to Japan, where he spent a significant part of his career.
Playing in Japan
Tuto joined Kawasaki Frontale in 1998. He played 45 games for them and scored 27 goals. In 2000, he moved to FC Tokyo, where he scored 17 goals in 29 matches. He then played for Urawa Reds for two seasons, from 2001 to 2002. During this time, he scored 17 goals in 47 games.
He continued his journey in Japan with Shimizu S-Pulse in 2003 and Omiya Ardija from 2004 to 2005. Tuto returned to Japan later in his career, playing for Shonan Bellmare from 2008 to 2009. Overall, he played many matches and scored over 90 goals in Japanese leagues.
Time in Brazil and Israel
In 2006, Tuto returned to Brazil to play for Ponte Preta. He played 31 games and scored 11 goals for the club. He then had a short period in Israel, playing for Beitar Jerusalem in the 2006-2007 season.
After his time in Israel, Tuto came back to Brazil. He played for São Caetano in 2007 and Sertãozinho in 2008. His last known club was Chapecoense in 2010.
