The Tweenies is a fun British TV show for young children. It was shown on Nickelodeon in the United States and BBC in the United Kingdom. The show takes place in a preschool, where four main characters, known as the Tweenies, learn and play.
The main characters are Milo, Jake, Bella, and Fizz. They are joined by two friendly adults, Max and Judy. Two playful dogs, Doodles and Izzles, are also part of the group. The show's catchy theme song is "Hey, hey, are you ready to play." The very first episode aired on July 14, 2003. The show was created by Tell-Tale Productions and Nick Jr. Productions.
