The Twirl is a popular chocolate bar made by the British company Cadbury. It first came out in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s. At first, it was sold as a single bar. In 1984, it was changed to have two bars in one wrapper.

Since the 1990s, Twirl has been sold all over the world. It is now one of Cadbury's top-selling single chocolate bars. Each Twirl bar has two pieces that look like a Cadbury Flake. These pieces are covered in smooth milk chocolate. Some people say that the idea for Twirl came from a small mistake in how Flake bars were made!

Different Kinds of Twirl

Twirl chocolate bars come in a few different forms. This means you can find them in various sizes and flavors.

Twirl Bites

You can find a smaller version of the Twirl called Twirl Bites. These are tiny, bite-sized pieces of Twirl chocolate. They usually come in a bag, perfect for sharing or a quick snack.

Twirl Multipacks

If you really love Twirl, you can buy them in a multipack. These packs often contain four twin Twirl bars. A typical 4-pack weighs 136 grams in total. This means each twin bar weighs 34 grams. Since each twin bar has two pieces, each individual chocolate piece weighs about 17 grams.

Orange Twirl

In late 2019, Cadbury released a new flavor in the UK: the Orange Twirl. This new chocolate bar was a huge hit! Many stores found it hard to keep them on the shelves because so many people wanted to buy them.

Because it was so popular, Cadbury announced in August 2020 that the Orange Twirl would return. Fans could even get early access to the new bars through a special online sale. Stores started selling them again in September of that year.
