Ulen is a small town located in Boone County, Indiana, a state in the United States. It is part of Center Township. In 2010, about 117 people lived there. The town of Ulen is completely surrounded by the larger city of Lebanon.
History of Ulen
The Ulen Country Club was started in 1924. Just five years later, in 1929, Ulen officially became a town. The town was named after Henry Ulen, who was an important businessman. In 2015, a special area called the Ulen Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places. This means it is a place with important historical buildings or sites that are protected.
