Valdemanco is a small town, also called a municipality, located in the Community of Madrid region of Spain. It's a quiet place where about 900 people live.
Getting Around Valdemanco
It's easy to travel to and from Valdemanco using public transport.
Bus Connections
Buses are a main way to get around Valdemanco. Some buses from line 725, run by a company called Interbus, travel from the nearby town of Bustarviejo right into Valdemanco. This helps people connect with other areas.
Other bus services, lines 197B and 197C, are run by the ALSA company. These lines connect Valdemanco with other villages and towns nearby. This makes it simple for residents to visit friends or go shopping in the surrounding areas.
Past Train Services
Valdemanco used to have train connections, which was a big help for travel. Until 2011, the village had two train stations. These were called Bustarviejo-Valdemanco and Valdemanco.
However, a problem with the train tracks, called a detachment, meant that trains could no longer pass through the village. Because of this, train services to Valdemanco stopped in 2011.
