Villaluenga del Rosario is a charming village located in the province of Cádiz, Spain. It sits at the base of the Navazo Alto mountain, right inside the beautiful Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
This village is especially known for its delicious payoyo cheese. This special cheese was first made in 1996. It comes from the milk of a local, rare type of goat called the Payoya goat.
