Villeguillo is a small town, also called a municipality, located in the province of Segovia. This province is in the Castile and León region of Spain. In 2008, about 191 people lived in Villeguillo. By 2018, the population was around 111 people.
History of Villeguillo
Villeguillo is a very old village. It was first started around the year 1247. A knight named Vela is known for founding the village.
Important Buildings
Villeguillo is home to an old palace. This palace once belonged to the Marquis of Herrera. A marquis is a noble title, similar to a duke or count.
