Volodymyr Fedorovych Lozynskyi (Ukrainian: Володимир Федорович Лозинський; Russian: Владимир Фёдорович Лозинский) was a talented Soviet and Ukrainian football player and coach. He was born on January 6, 1955, and sadly passed away on July 17, 2020. Volodymyr was best known for playing as a defender and spent many important years of his career with the famous Dynamo Kyiv club.

- He helped his team win the Soviet Top League, which was the top football league in the Soviet Union, three times: in 1977, 1980, and 1981.

USSR National Team
Lozynskyi played for the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). His first game was on October 14, 1979, in a friendly match against Romania. He also played in some qualifying games for the 1982 FIFA World Cup. However, he was not chosen for the final team that went to the tournament. He also played in one qualifying game for the UEFA Euro 1984 championship.

In 1979, Lozynskyi played a few games for the Ukraine team. These games were part of a big sports event called the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR.
Coaching Career
After his playing days, Volodymyr Lozynskyi became a football coach. He worked with several clubs and even managed the Ukraine student football team for many years.
