Tommy Lawrence Arena: Big Events Space
The Tommy Lawrence Arena is a huge outdoor arena. It can seat about 3,000 people. For some events, it can even hold up to 4,500 people! This arena has a floor space of about 22,400 square feet (2,081 square meters). That's a lot of room! It's perfect for sporting events, exciting circuses, and live concerts. The ceiling in this arena is very tall, reaching between 24 and 34 feet (7 to 10 meters) high.
Townsend Livestock Pavilion Arena: Smaller Gatherings
The Townsend Livestock Pavilion Arena is another outdoor space. It can seat around 1,300 people. This arena has about 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) of floor space. It's used for smaller events and shows. The ceiling here is also quite high, ranging from 20 to 48 feet (6 to 15 meters).

Talton Exhibit Hall: Trade Show Spot
The Talton Exhibit Hall is another great space. It has about 8,100 square feet (752 square meters) of exhibit space. This hall is often used for smaller trade shows. Trade shows are events where different businesses show off their products or services.
All four of these main areas together offer a total of 58,770 square feet (5,460 square meters) of exhibit space. They can be used separately or combined for big conventions, trade shows, and other events. Of course, they are also used for the famous Volusia County Fair itself! The fairgrounds also has other helpful features. There are 102 spaces for RVs (recreational vehicles). Plus, there's a large, lighted parking area for up to 4,000 cars.
