Sir Warwick Hele (born 1568 – died 15 January 1626) was an important English landowner and politician. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) in the House of Commons of England at different times between 1597 and 1625. This means he helped make laws for England.

Who Was Sir Warwick Hele?
Warwick Hele was the oldest son of John Hele, who was also a Member of Parliament. Warwick also had a brother named John Hele, who was an MP for Plympton Erle.
Sir Warwick Hele's Career
Warwick Hele began his studies at the Inner Temple in 1581. This was a place where people learned about law.
- In 1597, he was chosen to be a Member of Parliament for Plymouth.
- By 1600, he helped manage money for soldiers in Devon who had been injured.
- Around 1601, he became a Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon. This meant he was a local official who helped keep the peace and enforce laws.
- He was made a knight in 1603. This gave him the title "Sir."
In 1605, he was elected as an MP again, this time for Plympton Erle. When his father passed away in 1608, Warwick inherited his father's many properties and lands. He was elected MP for Plympton Erle two more times, in 1614 and 1621. From 1618 to 1619, he served as the Sheriff of Devon, a high-ranking official in the county. His last time as an MP for Plympton Erle was in 1625.
Sir Warwick Hele's Marriages
Sir Warwick Hele was married twice.
- His first wife was Mary Halse. She was the daughter of John Halse of Kenedon.
- His second wife was Margaret Courtenay (who died in 1628). She was the oldest daughter of Sir William Courtenay of Powderham in Devon. Margaret later married Sir John Chudleigh after Sir Warwick Hele passed away. There is a special memorial for Margaret in St Mary Magdalene's Church in Richmond, Surrey.

Sir Warwick Hele passed away on 15 January 1626. He was about 58 years old.
