Wilson da Silva Piazza, born on February 25, 1943, is a famous Brazilian football player. He used to play as a defensive midfielder (a player who helps protect the defense) or a centre-back (a defender in the middle). Piazza is especially known for his time with the Cruzeiro E.C. team and the Brazil national team. He was a very important member of the Brazilian team that won the FIFA World Cup in 1970.
