Wiltonia is a group, or genus, of small spiders. These spiders are found only on the Polynesian Islands, especially in New Zealand. Scientists Raymond Robert Forster and Norman I. Platnick first described these spiders in 1985. They belong to a larger group of spiders called araneomorphs, which are sometimes called "true spiders."
