Later, on February 1, 2007, a large food company from Colombia bought Good Foods S.A. This company was Grupo Nacional de Chocolates. They bought Good Foods S.A. and the Winter's brand for about 36 million US dollars. The purchase was made through their Peruvian branch, Compañía Nacional de Chocolates de Perú S.A..
