World Chocolate Day facts for kids
World Chocolate Day, also known as International Chocolate Day, is a special day to celebrate chocolate! People around the world mark this day every year on July 7. Many believe this date is important because it's when chocolate first arrived in Europe way back in 1550. This celebration has been happening since 2009.
When Do We Celebrate Chocolate?
While July 7 is widely known, there are other days when people celebrate chocolate too!
- In the United States, people celebrate National Chocolate Day on October 28.
