Medal Changes

After the wrestling events, some changes were made to the medal results. The International Olympic Committee announced on October 15, 2010, that a silver medal winner from Uzbekistan, Nurbek Hakkulov, had his medal removed. Another wrestler from Ecuador, Johnny Pilay, who finished fifth, also had his result changed. These changes happened because some rules were not followed. The committee decided not to give the silver medal to another wrestler in Hakkulov's event at that time.
