The Story of Wyoming Pastry Shop
How It Started
Wyoming Pastry Shop was opened in May 1980 by Erich Reschke. Erich came to the United States in 1967 from Germany. He brought his baking skills and traditions with him.
A Family Business
Erich's son, Phil Reschke, started working at the bakery when he was in high school. Phil later met his wife, Kimberly Reschke, when she applied for a cake decorating job there. Today, Phil and Kimberly are the owners. Phil is also a Certified Master Baker (CMB), which is a special title from the Retail Bakers of America. This means he has a very high level of skill in baking!
