YUL Condominiums is a large group of residential buildings in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. These buildings are very tall, like skyscrapers. They offer many homes called condos. The complex also includes some smaller houses.

About YUL Condominiums

YUL Condominiums is a big project in downtown Montreal. It includes two tall towers and several townhouses. The buildings are designed for people to live in. They are located in a busy and well-known part of the city.

Where is YUL Located?

The YUL towers are found on René-Lévesque Boulevard. This is a major street in Montreal. They are at the corner of Bishop and Mackay streets. This area is close to other important places. For example, it is near the Bell Centre, a famous sports and entertainment arena.

What Does YUL Include?

The YUL Condominiums project has two main parts. First, there are the two tall towers. Each tower has 38 floors. They stand about 120 meters (394 feet) high. Together, these towers have 873 condo units. A condo is like an apartment that you own.

Second, the project also built 17 townhouses. These are smaller, multi-story homes. They are located on Overdale Avenue, right next to the towers. This mix of tall buildings and smaller homes makes YUL a unique living space.

Who Built YUL?

The company behind the YUL Condominiums project is called Brivia Group. The main person leading this project was Kheng Ly. The construction of the first tower started in September 2014. It was finished in 2017. The whole project cost about CAN$300 million. This is a lot of money!
