Y City is a small place in Scott County, Arkansas, in the United States. It's called an "unincorporated community," which means it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it's managed by the county.
Y City is special because it's located right where two important roads meet: U.S. Highway 71 and U.S. Highway 270. This meeting point is shaped like the letter "Y," which is how the community got its name! It's found in the southern part of Scott County, near a stream called Mill Creek.
In the future, a big highway called Interstate 49 is planned to cross U.S. Highway 71 not too far from Y City. This could make the area even more connected.
