Yevhen Lemeshko (Ukrainian: Євген Пилипович Лемешко) was a famous Ukrainian football coach. He was born on December 11, 1930, and passed away on June 2, 2016, at 85 years old. Yevhen started his career playing football for FC Dynamo Kyiv. However, an injury made him change his path. He then became a successful football coach. In 1980, he earned the special title of Merited Coach of Ukraine. This title is given to coaches who have achieved great things in sports.

In 1956, Yevhen Lemeshko played a few games for the Ukraine team. These games were part of a big sports event called the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR. It was a major competition for athletes from different parts of the Soviet Union.
