Her Journey to Becoming a Pilot
Early School Days
Yichida Ndlovu finished her high school studies in 1976 at a place called Ibenga Girls. After that, she joined a special training program for young people. It was called the Zambia National Service youth training program and lasted for six months.
University Life
In 1977, Yichida went to the University of Zambia. She studied science there, which is a great start for someone who wants to understand how things work, like airplanes!
Flying High
Yichida Ndlovu started her amazing career as a pilot in 1981. Her first job was with an airline called Roan Air. She worked there for ten years, until 1991. After that, she began working for the Zambian government.
As of 2013, she was working for a government department that deals with things like transport. She was helping out the Zambia Flying Doctor Service in Ndola. This service is very important because it helps doctors reach people in far-off places by flying them there.

Yichida Ndlovu is married to Enock Ndlovu. They have three children together.
