In 2015, Yoshiro Abe moved to Matsumoto Yamaga FC. This team had just been promoted to the J1 League. He played his first game for Matsumoto against Urawa Red Diamonds on April 4, 2015.

He scored his first goal for Matsumoto against Kashiwa Reysol. It was an exciting goal, scored in the 90th minute of the game. Abe retired from professional football at the end of the 2015 season.
