Yukihiro Aoba (青葉 幸洋, Aoba Yukihiro, born July 26, 1979) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a defender.

Yukihiro Aoba's Football Journey

Yukihiro Aoba was born in Higashimatsuyama, Japan, on July 26, 1979. After finishing his studies at Juntendo University, he began his professional football career.

In 2002, he joined Ventforet Kofu, a club in the J2 League (Japan's second-highest football league). He quickly became a regular player, often playing as a left side-back. Even though his main position was side-back, he also played many games as a center-back.

Ventforet Kofu had a great season in 2005. They finished in 3rd place, which meant they were promoted to the J1 League, Japan's top football league! However, Yukihiro Aoba left the club at the end of 2005, so he didn't get to play for Ventforet Kofu in the J1 League.

In 2006, he moved to another J2 League club, Tokyo Verdy. He didn't play as many matches there. Then, in 2007, he joined Tokushima Vortis, where he once again played many games as a regular player. Yukihiro Aoba decided to retire from professional football at the end of the 2007 season.
