Yumilicious is a popular company that sells frozen yogurt. It's special because you get to serve yourself! They are famous for their yummy sweet and tart frozen yogurt flavors. As of 2025, there are 15 Yumilicious stores in the United States. Most of these, 13 to be exact, are in Texas, and two more are in South Carolina.
How Yumilicious Started
The very first Yumilicious yogurt store opened its doors on October 14, 2008. This first location was in the Cityplace area of Uptown Dallas, Texas.
When it first started, the company was called Yogilicious. However, in 2009, they decided to change their name. They felt that "Yogilicious" sounded too much like other frozen yogurt shops. So, they changed it to "Yumilicious," which is the name we know today!
On May 10, 2012, Yumilicious started a special program for its customers. This was a mobile loyalty program using a platform called Mocapay. It allowed customers to earn rewards and get special deals using their phones.
