Yuzo Kobayashi (小林 祐三, Kobayashi Yūzō, born 15 November 1985) is a Japanese former professional footballer. He was born on November 15, 1985, in Hamura, Tokyo, Japan. Yuzo played as a defender, which means his main job was to stop the other team from scoring goals. He played for several clubs in Japan during his career and also represented his country in youth tournaments.

In June 2005, Yuzo Kobayashi was chosen to play for Japan's national team for players under 20 years old.
