Zhouzhi County facts for kids
Zhouzhi County (Chinese: 周至县, pinyin:Zhōuzhì Xiàn) is a county of Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. It is in the southwest part of Xi'an. Before 1964, it was written in Chinese as 盩厔 (also read Zhouzhi), meaning surrounded by mountains and rivers. It covers 2,945.20 square kilometres (1,137.15 sq mi). As of November 2010, 562,768 people lived there. Zhouzhi is famous for embroidery, and the product kiwifruit.
