NSYNC (often written as *NSYNC or 'N Sync) was a super popular American pop boy band. They formed in Orlando, Florida in 1995. The group had five members: Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Justin Timberlake.

Their second album, No Strings Attached, was a huge hit. It sold over one million copies in just one day! It sold 2.42 million copies in its first week. This was a record that lasted for more than fifteen years. NSYNC also had many songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. These included "Bye Bye Bye," "Tearin' Up My Heart," and "It's Gonna Be Me." "It's Gonna Be Me" was their only song to reach number one on that chart. The group took a break after their last concert on March 30, 2002. They have not released new music since then. After the break, Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez released their own solo albums. Justin Timberlake became one of the world's best-selling music artists. He has sold over 56 million records on his own.
