The 1994 Guelph municipal election was a special day when people in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, voted for their local leaders. This election happened on November 14, 1994. It was a chance for citizens to choose who would represent them in the city government.

People voted for the Mayor of Guelph, who is like the city's main leader. They also voted for members of the Guelph City Council, who help make decisions for the city. Plus, they chose people to be on the Upper Grand District School Board (for public schools) and the Wellington Catholic District School Board (for Catholic schools). This election was one of many that took place across Ontario that year.
