Who Owns 333 Bush Street?
Changes in Ownership Over Time
Over the years, the ownership of 333 Bush Street has changed a few times. In 2009, the companies that owned the building had to give it back to their lenders. This happened because a big law firm that rented a lot of space in the building went out of business. When they left, a large part of the building became empty.
In 2013, a group of investors bought the building for $275 million. Then, in 2015, another company called Tishman Speyer bought it for an even higher price, $380 million. They are the current owners of this impressive skyscraper.
