Adrián Ben Montenegro (born 4 August 1998) is a talented Spanish middle-distance runner. He is best known for competing in the 800 metres and 1500-meter races. Adrián made headlines when he won the gold medal in the 800 meters at the 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships.
Adrián also earned a bronze medal in the 800 meters at the 2017 European Athletics U20 Championships. He has won several national titles in Spain, showing his strength in middle-distance running.

Early Races and First Medals
Adrián started competing in big events when he was young. In 2015, he ran in the World Youth Championships. He then competed in the World U20 Championships in 2016.
His first major medal came in 2017. He won a bronze medal at the European Under-20 Championships in the 800-meter race. This was a big step in his career.
Competing on the World Stage
