The story is about a 12-year-old girl named Elizabeth. She lives in an orphanage in Kansas. Elizabeth is having a tough time. She imagines that things in the magical land of Oz are not going well. She believes the Scarecrow and the Tin Woodman need to find Dorothy in Kansas. They need her help to fix things in Oz.
