Aicelle Anne Coronel Santos-Zambrano (born February 24, 1985) is a talented Filipino singer, songwriter, pianist, and actress. She first became known in the Philippine music scene after joining the TV show Star in a Million. Aicelle is also famous for being the "First Undefeated Pinoy Pop Superstar." She won eight times in a row on GMA Network's Pinoy Pop Superstar show.

Biography
Early Life and Start in Music
Aicelle Santos, also called "AA," started learning music at a young age. When she was six, she began piano lessons at St. Theresa's College Quezon City. She also studied at the University of the Philippines College of Music. Her first dream was to become a famous pianist.
But Aicelle soon realized she loved singing even more. Her biggest inspiration was Walt Disney's character Ariel from The Little Mermaid movie. The song "Part of Your World" was the first she learned. She even sang it at her elementary school shows!
While in her first year of college, Aicelle joined Star in a Million (2003). This was her first time in a singing contest on TV. The show opened many doors for her. She learned to balance her studies and her growing singing career.
After Star in a Million, Aicelle joined an acoustic group called Dream Sequence. They performed in many cities across the Philippines. These nightly shows helped Aicelle improve her singing and stage presence.
In 2018, Aicelle left the Philippines to star in the famous musical Miss Saigon. She played the role of Gigi Van Tranh in the United Kingdom.
Singing Competitions
Pinoy Pop Superstar
In 2005, Aicelle decided to try for a solo singing career again. She joined the second season of Pinoy Pop Superstar. She won eight times in a row during the early rounds. This made her the first "Undefeated Superstar" in the show's history!

Music Career
Aicelle Santos has a powerful voice that can sing very low and very high notes. She won "Best Performance of Own Country Song" at the Astana Music Festival in Kazakhstan. She beat singers from 13 other countries! Her winning song was "Bakit Di Subukan," a Tagalog-English song.
In 2007, Aicelle released her first album, Make Me Believe. It had 14 songs, and "Ikaw Pa Rin" became a hit.
In 2008, she formed a musical group called La Diva with Jona and Maricris Garcia.
On February 25, 2015, Aicelle held her first solo concert called "Class A." She also released the music video for her song "Kapangyarihan ng Pag-ibig" that same year.
Acting in Musicals
Aicelle Santos has also become a well-known actress in musical theater.
- In 2012, she tried out for the 2014 London show of Miss Saigon.
- In 2013, she performed in her first musical, Katy! the Musical, playing the role of Katy.
- She also stars as Aileen in Rak of Aegis, a very popular musical. She won "Best Actress in a Musical" at the 2014 Aliw Awards for this role.
- In 2015, she had a special part in the musical Sabel: Love and Passion.
- In 2017, she played Perla in Manila in the Claws of Light. She won an Aliw Award for "Best Actress in a Featured Role."
- In 2018, Aicelle played Elsa in Himala: Isang Musikal. This musical is based on a famous 1982 film. She also played Gigi in the UK/Ireland tour of Miss Saigon.
- On May 6, 2023, Aicelle was part of a special concert called Larawan as Contra Mundum. She played Candida in the show.
Personal Life
Aicelle Santos married her boyfriend, Mark Zambrano, on November 16, 2019. Mark used to be a broadcast journalist. In June 2020, Aicelle shared on Instagram that they were expecting their first child.
