Akulagok Island is a small, uninhabited island located in the far north of Canada. It is part of the Qikiqtaaluk Region in Nunavut, which is Canada's largest and northernmost territory. This island is a part of the Kikastan Islands group.

Akulagok Island is found within the Cumberland Sound. This sound is a large body of water off the coast of Baffin Island. Baffin Island itself is a very large island in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago.

Akulagok Island sits off the Cumberland Peninsula of Baffin Island. On its southern side, you can find Kekerten Harbour. This harbour is located between Akulagok Island and Kekerten Island. To the north of Akulagok Island is Tuapait Island.
