Aldo Maldera (born October 14, 1953 – died August 1, 2012) was a famous Italian football player. He played as a full-back or a wide midfielder on the left side of the field. A full-back is a defender who also helps with attacks.
Aldo was known for his powerful shots and scoring many goals. This earned him the nickname "Aldo-gol." He was also called "the horse" because he was very fast and ran a lot during games. He was a hard-working team player who helped his team both in defense and attack. He was known for his speed, stamina, and great ball control.

Aldo Maldera was born in Milan, Italy. He spent most of his playing career with A.C. Milan, one of the biggest clubs in his hometown. He played for Milan from 1971 to 1982.
Winning Trophies with Milan
With A.C. Milan, Aldo won several important trophies.
- He helped the team win the Serie A title in 1979. Serie A is the top football league in Italy.
- He also won two Coppa Italia trophies in 1972 and 1977. The Coppa Italia is a major cup competition.
- In 1981, Milan won the Serie B title. Serie B is the second-highest league in Italy. This win helped them get promoted back to Serie A.
- In his last season with Milan, 1982, they won the Mitropa Cup. He even served as the team's captain.
