Ali Duale is a Canadian politician. He was chosen to represent the area of Halifax Armdale in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. This is like the main meeting place where elected people make laws for Nova Scotia. He was a member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party.

Ali Duale was born in Somalia. He came to Canada as a refugee because of the Somali Civil War. Before becoming a politician, he worked for the Halifax Fire Department. In 2021, he was one of four Black Canadians elected to the Nova Scotia legislature. This was an important moment for diversity in politics.
