Alienators: Evolution Continues is an exciting animated TV show from France and America. It's also known as Evolution: The Animated Series in some places, like the United Kingdom. This cartoon is a funny science fiction story that continues the movie Evolution from 2001.

The show was created by Louis Gassin and has 26 episodes, each about half an hour long. It was made by DIC Entertainment, along with other companies like The Montecito Picture Company, DreamWorks Pictures, Columbia TriStar Television, and Dentsu Inc.. Dentsu Inc. also helped share the show in Asia. Even though DreamWorks used to own the Evolution story, the TV series is now owned by WildBrain. There was even a Game Boy Advance game based on the series!

What the Show is About

The story starts when a meteor crashes in the Arizona Desert. This meteor carries tiny alien creatures that can change and grow super fast! These single-celled aliens quickly turn into huge, scary monsters called the "Genus."

A special team of scientists, known as the Alienators, has to stop these creatures. Their mission is to get rid of all the Genus monsters before they destroy everything on Earth. The team includes Ira Kane, Harry Block, Lucy Mai, and Wayne Green. They study these alien lifeforms to figure out how to defeat them. The Genus monsters are led by a smart, human-like creature named Scopes.

Meet the Characters

  • Scientist Ira Kane – He's the leader of the Alienators. Ira is super smart and loves science. His knowledge helps the team defeat the Genus.
  • Scientist Harry Block – Harry is a coach who loves sports scores. He uses his clever strategies to help the team win against the aliens.
  • Lt. Lucy Mai – Lucy is a strong and brave lieutenant. She was trained by a special team called The Blue Berets. Lucy is very skilled in martial arts and acrobatics. She uses amazing moves like handsprings and cartwheels to fight enemies with speed and power.
  • Teenage "wannabe fireman" Wayne Grey (also called Wayne Green) – Wayne is a 17-year-old training to be a firefighter. He was the first human to get alien DNA. This means he changes and grows in ways that match the Genus creatures they fight.
  • Scientist Allison Reed – She doesn't work directly with the Alienators but is mentioned sometimes. She's smart and uses her knowledge to help fight the Genus.
  • General Russell Woodman – He's the general in charge of giving the Alienators their missions.
  • G.A.S.S.I.E. – This stands for "Genetically Altered Symbiotic Stasis in Evolution." Gassie is the team's pet! It started as an alien cell that Ira changed. Gassie is a slime creature that acts like a dog. It can find other Genus creatures because it shakes and makes a bad smell when they are near. Gassie is very close with Wayne.
  • Scopes – He is the super smart, evil leader of the Genus. Scopes wants to take over the universe. He often looks like a human octopus, but he can change into many other forms. He's been a human wasp, a human cockroach, and even a human tree!
  • General Granger – This general is tricky and wants to use the Genus for his own plans. He ends up becoming a helper for Scopes.
