Alipur is a village and an important area in the North Delhi district of Delhi, India. It serves as the main administrative center for its sub-division. This means many government offices for the area are located here.
Alipur is surrounded by places like Bawana, Narela, Budhpur, Bakoli, and Mukhmelpur. It is part of the Narela political area, also known as a constituency. The closest metro station is Jahangirpuri Metro Station, making it easy to travel to. Alipur is also located right on National Highway 1, which connects Delhi to Amritsar.
The current Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Narela constituency is Sharad Chauhan. Yogesh Rana is the local councilor, known as Nigam Parshad, for Alipur.
