Alisha Rebecca Glass Childress (born April 5, 1988) is an American professional volleyball player. She plays as a setter for the Vegas Thrill team. A setter is like the quarterback of a volleyball team. They decide where the ball goes and set it up for other players to hit.

Alisha played college volleyball for Penn State. There, she helped her team win three NCAA championships in a row. She also won a gold medal with the U.S. national team at the 2014 World Championship. She earned bronze medals at the 2015 World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
