All Change facts for kids
All Change was a fun British children's TV show. It aired on ITV in two parts, first in 1989 and then in 1991. Famous actors like Frankie Howerd and Pam Ferris starred in it. The show was created by Morwenna Banks and Chris England.
The Story of All Change
The main story of All Change was about Uncle Bob's money. After he passed away, two very different families wanted to inherit his fortune. One family was quite poor and ordinary. The other family was rich and a bit snobby.
Each family had a mom, a dad, a son, and a daughter. To decide who would get the money, the families swapped lives! One child from each family stayed in their original home with the new family. The idea was to see which family could handle their new life better.
At the end of the first series, it turned out to be a big trick. No one actually got any money! In the second series, the two families had to work together. They worked in a factory that made pottery gnomes.
